Mrs. Stamp grew up on a dairy farm in Croghan, NY and still helps out on the weekends. She graduated from Beaver River Central School, and from there earned her Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Houghton College, NY and her Master's degree in Music Education from Boston University, Boston, MA.

Prior to being hired at Harrisville in September of 2017, Mrs. Stamp taught music for 6 years at Indian River Middle School in Philadephia, NY before staying home for 3 years with her young family and teaching music privately. Mrs. Stamp and her family currectly live in the middle of the woods outside Croghan, NY, where they also operate Sterling Valley Maple.
